Sales Representative

Diocesan is seeking an outside sales representative, responsible for developing advertising sales with small to midsize businesses. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing ongoing relationships with current advertisers and Churches across the region.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new customer leads to increase revenue. 
• Build and foster existing relationships with current advertising clients. 
• Actively work to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals. 
• Create positive rapport with Catholic Churches in an effort to solidify DIocesan’s relationship in the community

Qualifications

• Coachable with a strong work ethic.
• Availability to travel overnight on a regular basis. 
• Basic computer knowledge is a must. 
• Professional demeanor and ability to effectively communicate in person, over the phone, and through email. 
• Bilingual skills are a plus. 
• Comfortable working in the Catholic Church environment
• Valid Driver’s License

This is a full-time position involving weekly travel to surrounding cities and communities. This is a commission-based position with great earning potential.  A successful candidate will possess superior organization skills, and be driven by the challenge cold call sales presents.  The opportunity to grow in the business and advance into management level positions certainly exists.
