Why won’t my bulletin load?

The most common reason a bulletin isn’t loading is that the final step was missed. After filling in all of the fields a small upload button that looks like a cloud will appear. This upload button must be clicked.

The second most common reason a bulletin won’t load is that the dropdown menus were not used for the two date fields. You must use the dropdown menus for the date and time of the bulletin.
