(User) I can’t log in. What do I do?

To begin, it is important to know that most of the myParish app does not require a user to have an account. The only features that require a user account are Groups or Favoriting of parishes. If you are using Groups or you are favoriting multiple parishes and you can not log in the most common reason is that your user name or your pass word were typed incorrectly. If you still can’t log in after verifying your user name and pass word then simply updating your pass word will usually take care of any log in issues. Tap on “My Account” in the menu to update your pass word.
