How do I load a bulletin?

  1. Log into the myParish admin panel
  2. Select the Church tab from the options across the top
  3. Scroll down to the Bulletin Uploads section
  4. Using the dropdown calendar choose the Bulletin Date
  5. Using the three step drop down menus choose the Publish date, time by hour, and time by 5-minute increment (If you want the bulletin to load on the hour you need to choose the time twice; once in the time by hour menu, and once in the time by 5-minute increment menu)
  6. Choose and open your pdf file
  7. Click the upload button at the right of the file field (Cloud icon)
  8. You will see a “Bulletin Upload Successful” pop up shortly
