If needed, our support staff will ask you to click the Remote Assistance button to launch the remote viewer and will guide you step by step through the simple process of connecting.

Can I move a member of one household to another household?

  • On the member screen select a member that is not the Head of Household. (The Head of Household cannot be moved out of the household)
  • Click the MOVE button in the top right in the blue section
  • Choose either to move them to a brand new household or to an existing household. Enter a reason for moving the member out of the household
  • If moving to an existing household, a listing of all the current households will be displayed. The list is Active households by default, but it can be changed with a pulldown list
    • Use the Find search bar to find the desired household
    • Once desired household is found click the checkbox to the left of the ID number. Click MOVE MEMBER in the top right of the blue section to move the member
  • If moving to a new household
    • Click MOVE MEMBER button below and a new household is created and you are brought to the new Household Member listing
    • The new member is now the new Head of Household
    • Verify the household and member information for accuracy
