To provide the best possible service and resolve your issue efficiently, a support technician may need to view your computer screen exactly as you see it. If needed, our support staff will ask you to click the Remote Assistance button to launch the remote viewer and will guide you step by step through the simple process of connecting.

(User) How do I join a group?

  1. Go to the Groups button on the myParish app
  2. Click the join button for the group you wish to join
  3. If you already have an account a message will be sent to the moderator for the group and they will either accept or decline your join request
  4. If you do not have an account you will be prompted to create a simple account. If you are an Android user the attached photos will show you how the date picker works. Just remember to tap the year first!
  5. Once you have created your account the moderator will receive your join request
