With shortened weeks and office closures we all need to make special arrangements with regard to our
shipping schedule. Below you will find some tips on how we can minimize the stress of these early deadlines.
Diocesan offices will be closed December 24th and 25th for Christmas, and December 31 and January 1 for New Years.
- Ordering Extra Bulletins Printing quantities during the Christmas holidays surpasses any other time of the
year. We will be happy to print as many bulletins as you need, but we’ll have no time to reprint bulletins if
you forget to order extras. - Christmas Eve/Day Handouts If you are requesting any extra printings besides your December 30th and
January 6th bulletin, we will need to have your file no later than Friday, December 14th. This includes
flyers, inserts, newsletters and Christmas printings. - Office Closures If your office will be closed December 24th we are strongly suggesting you provide us with
an alternate shipping address. This will help us to ensure that your bulletins arrive to you when shipped. - Parishes with Schools Often when church schools are closed, and their shipping is withheld, shipping
companies will withhold church office shipments as well. If your parish office will be open please remind
your FedEx or UPS driver that you are receiving packages during Christmas vacation. To prevent your
bulletin from being delayed we strongly urge you to contact us to arrange alternate shipping if your
school or office will be closed. - Combined Bulletins To save time this holiday season you may consider creating a combined bulletin to
encompass the December 30th and January 6th bulletin.Thank you for your help this Holiday season.
