Christmas Schedule
With shortened weeks and office closures, we all need to make special arrangements with regard to the shipping schedule. Below you will find some useful tips.
- Ordering Extra Bulletins
Printing quantities during the Christmas holidays surpass any other time of the year. We will be happy to print as many bulletins as you need, but due to workflow and delivery constraints we may not be able to reprint additional bulletins if you forget to order extras.
- Additional Printings
If you are requesting any extra printings in addition to your December 24th and December 31st bulletin, we will need to have your file no later than Friday, December 8th. This will allow us the needed time to print these items. This includes flyers, inserts, and newsletters.
- Parishes With Schools
Often when church schools are closed, and the school’s deliveries are paused, shipping companies will mistakenly pause the church deliveries too. To prevent your bulletin from being delayed we strongly urge you to contact us to arrange alternate shipping to a residential address.
- Combined Bulletins
To save time this holiday season you may consider creating a combined bulletin to encompass the 24th and 31st bulletin.
