This position is responsible for a wide range of duties including managing incoming calls, serving as the first point of contact for clients and assisting the support staff. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday located in our Byron Center office.

 

Responsibilities

• Serve as an initial point of contact for current and future clients.
• Receive and route incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Create new job tickets from incoming calls and email.
• Assist support staff with onboarding of new clients.
• Other tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills. With experience using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suites, web-based email and CRM or ticketing software.
• Above average level of verbal and written communication.
• Ability to demonstrate a “customer first” attitude at all times.
