We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) full-time administrative assistant to provide clerical support to our sales staff and customers. This position is responsible for processing customer orders submitted by sales staff, preparing invoices, and inputting data into our database in addition to other general office duties.
This is an in-office position only at our Orlando office, Monday – Friday, from 9-5:30.
Daily Responsibilities
• Process accounts and incoming payments.
• Prepare customer invoices.
• Verify discrepancies and resolve customer billing inquiries via phone and email.
• Update customer records in our billing system.
• Preparing reports and assisting sales staff with customer questions and processing.
• Perform other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
Requirements
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via telephone and email.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Aptitude for numbers.

This position is responsible for a wide range of duties including managing incoming calls, serving as the first point of contact for clients and assisting the support staff. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday located in our Byron Center office.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an initial point of contact for current and future clients.
- Receive and route incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Create new job tickets from incoming calls and email.
- Assist support staff with onboarding of new clients.
- General administrative tasks.
Skills & Qualifications

- Strong computer skills. With experience using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suites, web-based email and CRM or ticketing software.
