How to create a Designer message

To create a custom formatted newsletter-type of email message, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Compose Button or the New Message Icon.
  2. Click on Use Designer
  3. Enter a Subject.  This is a required field.
  4. Select the group or groups you would like to receive the message.
  5. Select Blocks in the Right Column
    1. Drag the Block you want to the document
    2. Add More Blocks as needed
  6. Select Content in the Right Column
    1. Drag the type of Content you want to the block(s) in the document
    2. Edit the content in the box
  7. Click on the preview icon.
  8. Edit previews as needed.
  9. Click on Send.
  10. Click Send Now.
