If needed, our support staff will ask you to click the Remote Assistance button to launch the remote viewer and will guide you step by step through the simple process of connecting.

How do I enter the staff directory?

  1. Log into the myParish admin site
  2. Choose Directory from the options across the top
  3. Click Add Contact
  4. Enter the Name and Title. These both are required fields.
  5. Enter the phone number and email address if you like. These are optional fields. The phone number MUST be entered in the format of 555-234-5678 with no parenthesis. If you have extension numbers add these into the Title field, for example: Pastor, Ext 11
  6. From the dropdown menu choose if the contact is for the church or school
  7. Each entry must be assigned to a group. You are able to create multiple groups (sub-categories) by clicking the New Group button and giving the group a name
  8. Click Create Contact
