How do I set up remote assistance?
- Go to this link: http://churchremote.com/ or click here for the Mac version.
- Click the orange button that says Launch Remote Assistance.
- A box will pop in the bottom left corner of your screen that says DPI-QuickSupport.exe double click it.
- Note: Box may pop up in a different corner especially in Apple products)
- Under the Allow Remote Control section you will see Your ID and Password.
- Give the support member the Your ID number first and then the Password.
