To provide the best possible service and resolve your issue efficiently, a support technician may need to view your computer screen exactly as you see it. If needed, our support staff will ask you to click the Remote Assistance button to launch the remote viewer and will guide you step by step through the simple process of connecting.

How do I set up remote assistance?

  1. Go to this link https://diocesan.com/care/#remote-assistance
  2. Click here for the Mac version
  3. Click the orange button that says “Launch Remote Assistance”
  4. A box will pop in the bottom left corner of your screen that says “DPI-QuickSupport.exe” double click it (NOTE: Box may pop up in a different corner especially in Apple products)
  5. Under the “Allow Remote Control” section you will see Your ID and Password
  6. Give the support member the Your ID number first and then the Password
